A Study on the Usage of Verb’s Complements with Cases by French Bilingual Somalian Students Learning Turkish as a Foreign Language

An important part of the grammatical proficiency students learning Turkish as a foreign language is use verb complements in terms case suffixes used with verbs. The that determine relations between nouns and verbs make up two main word categories are suffixes. Noun suffixes, whose function to connect verbs, one most difficult subjects for language. However, there few studies on teaching noun students. aim this study, which was prepared based deficiency relevant literature, usage levels oral expressions French bilingual Somalian Turkish. study group research consists 25  Somali studying at B1, B2 C1 Bursa Uludag University Teaching Center 2019-2020 academic year voluntarily participated research. data obtained within scope research, designed qualitative were analyzed according suffix category provides relationship sentence. Other functions provide connection nouns, prepositions excluded from study. by semi-structured interview technique using frequency analysis, sub-techniques content analysis. As result it determined made mistakes rate about half when they nominative least mistakes.
